Services
BFF provides wellness, aesthetic, and medical services at our Temecula and San Marcos, California locations. The information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. All medical services are provided under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system at bffmedical.janeapp.com or by calling our offices. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Communications and Messaging
Program Description
By submitting your contact information through our website forms, in-clinic intake forms, or online booking system, you consent to receive communications from BFF. The Program sends text messages that may include: appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-up care communications, membership updates, and promotional offers.
AI-Assisted Communications
Some calls, texts and chat replies may be AI-assisted. We use these tools to help respond to messages and with scheduling and reminders.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
If you have previously opted out and wish to rejoin our SMS program, sign up again through our contact form at bffmedical.com/contact/, reply START to any previous message, or call us at (951) 824-6121 (Temecula) or (760) 854-4222 (San Marcos). We will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Some calls, texts and chat replies may be AI-assisted. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging services. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Membership Terms
Membership plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Members agree to the terms outlined in their membership agreement at the time of enrollment. Cancellation and missed-month policies are specified in the membership agreement.
