Injections or pellets — which is better?
Neither is better for everyone. Weekly injections are easy to adjust and covered by your monthly redemption; pellets are inserted every 5–6 months so you never think about it. Your provider helps you choose from your labs and routine.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Hormones take 2–3 months to optimize and keep working only while you stay on them. Many members notice more energy and better mood within the first couple of months.
Who will I see?
BFF care is delivered by licensed healthcare professionals — nurse practitioners, not physicians. Your provider reads your labs, sets your plan and sees you every month.
