How do the weekly injections work?
They work with hormones your body already makes — turning down appetite, slowing how fast your stomach empties, and keeping you full on less. One small shot a week, at home or with us.
What does 'first month free*' mean?
Your first month on the single-agonist program is at no charge when you join the 12-month membership at $149/month. Lab panels are billed separately.
What happens as my dose goes up?
Your provider moves you up the ladder when your body is ready. Single-agonist goes $149 → $248 → $299 and never higher; dual-agonist is $99 the first month, then $248, with step-ups at $347, $548 and $699.
Do I need labs first?
Yes — labs first, always. Your provider checks the safety basics and sets your starting dose from your results.
Who will I see?
BFF care is delivered by licensed healthcare professionals — nurse practitioners, not physicians. Your provider adjusts your dose at your monthly check-in.
Can I do the injections at home?
Yes. Take-home supply is dispensed up to one month at a time and picked up at your monthly visit, where you also get your body composition scan.
