Is BHRT the same as 'hormone replacement'?
BHRT uses plant-derived hormones identical to the ones your body makes, dosed from your own labs. Pellets are the most common form at BFF; injections and other forms are available when they fit better.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Hormones take 2–3 months to optimize and keep working only while you stay on them. Members commonly report steadier mood, more energy and better sleep within the first couple of months.
Who will I see?
BFF care is delivered by licensed healthcare professionals — nurse practitioners, not physicians. Your provider is the one who reads your labs, sets your dose and sees you every month.
Do I need the membership to start?

What does the $30 deposit do?
